Remove a CC

I'm wanting to remove my credit cards off of my account, I don't believe you can do it on here, and I asked over the phone once when I was doing something with them and they said it would take like 30 days, soo I'm kind of lost on this.

call 18004myxbox and ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them you want the CCs removed and they inactivate them on the account so you cant purchase with them bhut it will be 30 days before you cant see them anymore

Right away they deactivate the card, BUT it can still be used. So they will tell you to NOT buy anything with it during the process. They say in 30 days, you will get a call back from Microsoft. They will then cancel your account, basically making it silver. Then they will give all necessary codes to reactivate your account to gold.

Meaning, I had a year and one month left on my account when they called. So they canceled my subscription and my account went silver. Then they gave me a year subscription code, then a one month code.

It takes like 20 minutes, it's easy though, they do most of the work.
