Unanswered: Demos not fully downloading

Everytime I try to download a demo (regardless of what it is, tryed it with multiple demos) the demo never fully downloads. It may make it to 50% then it will say something about how it can't be downloaded. I go to my HDD to find an incomplete file which I then have to delete. Anyway to fix this?
