Wood Grain Theme?

Does anybody know how I would go about getting the Wood Grain Theme That The Xbox360 Kiosk's were giving away? Is there a Code to redeem? or are they just not obtainable anymore?

I can seem to Find a picture of it, but you can set your Guide background to wood grain but you have to take a memory card somewhere for the rest of the theme.
