I got console banned but my live account seems to be intact.

Is that account safe for use on another 360 or will it throw a flag
and get my **** raped?

Harddrives and profiles are 100% unaffected by console bans.

I am not sure right off hand but if the account is okay and all and it is not banned, you should be able to move it to another console and be okay. You can always call M$ and check up on the account if ur confused.

the 360 i have i can use has a bricked drive
and i need to use the hitachi from my banned 360 and spoof it over
