1.61 Ban reason?

Well i know there is a ton of people being banned.

I was reading on 360iso that alot of people were getting banned on 1.61...

Im just wondering or if thats just a coincidence? Im just wondering b/c my new 360 is 1.61 firmware..

The problem is because of playing bad isos, i dont think its to do with the firmware.
