Console ban...any way to get pass it with out buying a xbox360?

I would rather get my xbox un-banned from live, use the kernal mod or w.e it is? does the mod include buying a chip?

it involves getting an old kernel (fall 08 update) and then running a patched version of king kong on it, putting in a gentoo disk and then changing your cpu keys (highly doubt your going to do)

but if your xbox doesnt have that kenel version then you will need to downgrade, which can be done using a timing attack with an infectus chip (doesnt work on latest kernal) or the jtag exploit (you need a cygnos v2 and doesnt work on latest update, only second latest)
