If he was never signed into XBL, his Xbox has no way of knowing the real time, therefore MS has no way of knowing when he ever played it for the first time.

I got a RROD 360 three days ago that was manufactured in 05, it had been repaired once by Microsoft and had a BENQ drive in it. I did the x-clamp fix and flashed the drive to 1.61 and played MW2 online, tried to sign in today after 3 days of playing and the box has been banned. So be careful

i got my sammy banned o well had it comming and i will play campaign and put my backup back together and wait for me to get it on Monday night
