There is a reason it got banned, having mommy whine to Microsoft about it won't do anything. "There is no recourse for console bans" is all she'll get in the end.

Contact the person who you bought it of, and see if you can get anything. If not keep spamming the ms forums, doubt they will tell you why, but its worth a try (lol that rhymes). Also your story seems bull, your on a xbox modding forum but claim you never modded....

I told her I didn't want her too, but she didn't listen, she complained that she spent 300 dollars on it and a xbox live subscription for a year and her money went down the drain, so don't even pull that **** on me.

This is how it goes...


Bought off ebay. Have no clue what previous owner did with it. Could have had flashed firmware on it and maybe they removed it before selling.

Now say they loaded a unstealthed game in their 360(now yours). Well then the console is now flagged by MS to now be investigated. MS declares the console as modded and marks it to be banned. Gets banned while you are in possession of it. I would put my money on this.

If you you asked them for explanation of ban and they didnt tell you just go to walmart buy new one and case swap, and u ll have brand new console, walmart wont loose money, M$ will. That would be sweet revenge...
