My 360 Repair Procees Documented

Ok So I gotta send my 360 back to Microsoft after 3 weeks of playing it. It was made April 06, 2008.

• September 29- I tracked my package and it says that my box will be here on the 2nd of October. One weird thing is that for the empty box it says Ground-Direct Signature Required-Domestic. I didn't have this last time. So does this mean I have to sign for the empty box???
• October 2- I packed my 360 up in the box.
• October 4- I brought it to Fedex and on their website it says it will be there on the 6th at 3 PM. So by next monday or later I should have it

Question: After I called microsoft my 360 is no longer registered on xbox.com its like they deleted it and when I tried registering it I get a problem has occured. Should I contact Microsoft about this, because it does say so...?
