XBOX EXPIERIENCE E3 08
u can install games on hdd but u need cd in order to play on hdd so does that mean like if i install halo 2 will like i be able to have the old maps and campaign maps on my hdd if so i can old mod halo2 =D

Moved to right section

And you WILL have the whole game on the HDD, however it wont be just there, odds are they will be in LIVE containers

All information about your 360 is stored in 3 types of containers of which we know how to change 1 CON, the other two are PIRs, and LIVEs, which Microsoft control.

the hard drive. You will have 0.000001% of actually doing anything interesting to that container file, though.

No the update won't be released for a little while...they are going offline just for regular maintence and to prepare for the update

wtf are you smoking? It's been demonstrated before (the copy game to hard-drive) that you don't download the game from xbox live. Downloading a LIVE container header would also prove a HUGE security risk, so it will be in a CON container.
