My 360 won't RROD!!!

My 360 won't RROD!!!
yeh i want my 360 to die, it currently has no picture feed (sound is fine,) it is fixed by wrapping it in a towel but after a month of doing that it requires it every time i want to play it (for about 30mins), so i am buying a new one because this one m$ wants £80 to repair, my question is, as i am getting a new one i think i might try to rrod my old one so ms will repair it free then i can keep as a spare or sell it on to cover costs (new one is 130 so anything is something), anyone have any ideas?

Are you positive its just not your A/V cables that are causing the problem?

yeh tried some friends and spent £20 buying some new ones, plus the picture was flickery before it died anyway, and i looked on the web and lots of reports of this from people, it is def. the xbox

if you do that you might want to keep a close eye on it during the process. that also sounds like a good way to burn your house down

indeed it does, might be worth trying tho, no ways of saying shoving a screw driver in to kill it but not void my warranty then?

lol at venomous.

and i would do some towels then do something that is a very good insulator.

like wrap it in rubber and then put on 5+ towels
wrap tightly!
