Your firmware won't even boot the game if everything isn't perfect

I can tell you that the newer firmwares wont load any game that is not properly stealth patched.

Most of the people that got banned were using the old firmwares that were detectable signing on not even knowing that they were about to get kicked in the face by microsoft and got banned.
