I haven't gotten the program myself, i don't feel its worth the risk. I have alot of charecters and id prefer to keep them unbanned. Even if the chances are slim.

The chances arent Slim... The Program Is undetectable, so if you get banned its because Someone reported you for "Looking" like you were botting.

Its either detected or un-detected. There not just gonna detect certain users, they would detect everyone who uses it. so glider is UN-DETECTED.
Thats why blizzard is bleeding out of there vaginas.

Not necessarily. Glider is really doing nothing wrong. Both sides have made EXTREMELY good points. It could really go either way. Why do you think the judge took a week to make a decision? He probably wants to think good and hard and decide which side to go with. In the end Blizzard is probably gonna end up bribing the judge or something like that.

Its really a case of selfishness and morals.

Glider isn't detectable by WoW, but by other non-NPC's.
Meaning you have as much chance of getting banned if you did it in a crowded place, as if you did it next to a GM.

We will Find out in a few days time. Personally I dont think MMOGlider will win, But if they do, then it will be a swift kick in the but to Blizzard, and it will be grounds for Everyone that has been banned for Using the program to File law suits as well -for being banned for using a Program that is not illegal. alot will come out of this in the end so lets just wait and see what happens.

Over in October or September they paid 5 million in damages to Blizzard.

Cause if Blizzard found out that Glider offered the judge 4 million or w/e then Blizzard would come back and the offer him 4.5 million or w/e.

Ahh well.
Was the right decision, imho, but it does offer less playability for gamers who now want to return to the game.

Being one of them many people, I'm not sure whether I should be dissapointed or pleased in this case...

on the glider website it says it will be back in other weeks or months but at most a year. i hope it comes back, i mean were still paying for our monthly subscription
