I can vouch for modchipcentral.com as listed by carson above. i ordered the d2pro pre-soldered chip on thursday last week and recieved it tuesday this week. incredibly fast shipping and great customer service.

carson, feel free to remove this post if there is another area to discuss diffrent modchip vendors. thanks.
