What's so Special about a modded Wii?
Well I know you get to play some super special japan games but... I'm not into that Japanese stuff.

Is it like the Xbox were you can edit maps and games and burn disc to it?

Why is it so special to mod the Wii and take the risk of them Bricking it.

...Are you serious? To play burnt (aka FREE) games, thats whats special. You can edit some games (Like in SSBB you can change characters moves) and trucha-sign them, but that's not why most people do it. You can't "brick" the Wii by installing a modchip. Thats by bad homebrew.
