It's the original premium mic that comes with the package.
Well it's starting to screw up.
It goes in an out without me touching a thing.
Sometimes I'll be able to talk, but most of the times I wont.
Anyone else had/have this problem?

open it and see if there is anything like a broken wire or something for now...

I had the exact same problem. Turns out that the connections were getting loose. Try to see if that's what is happening to yours.

Well my headset doesn't have the connecter piece that plugs into the base of your controller, it's just a straight wire.

Mine doesn't have the thing in the bottom right.
Looks like a normal headphone jack on the end.

iv had this problem with 2 mics before, its the wiring is messed up, also somtimes if your using the play and charge kit it will mess with the mic, like if your playing cod4 and have the play and charge and ur mic in somtimes it makes a REALLY ANNOYING sound in your teammates ears but not yours this has happend to me afew times,
just try to move the wire to the headset around alittle bit and see if that helps
