GRENADE TIP!

This tip is pretty basic.

In larger maps such as coagulation, not recommended that you throw grenades.
Space is too large to affect.

Maps like lockout are a great place to nade the *****'s, the narrow corridors in all parts of the maps can effectivly kill them.

ANOTHER TIP -
When you are about to die and you know that you will not kill the other guy, try throw as many grenades at your feet, usually about 2 - this may just kill them as they always walk over your body to collect ammo or see what weapons you got.

Works for me most of the time and it weakens them so team mates may get the kill!

See are a guy more deadly then you, but dont want to approach him?

Well most of them are n00bs, just make sure you catch his sight, run away and im sure 90% of the time they will chase after you, throw stickys and what not at the floor so he will run into it weakening him dramatically. Now just finish him off.

Yea how strange its like the rocket bounces off him and it inflicts damage on you then that guy says SUICIDE!!!!!!!!!

I find that grenades work best on large maps because the other people never see them coming. You can then empty your entire clip or battle rifle into their head from medium distance as they happily run away to the banshee and screw you.

I dont mind throwing grenade on big maps but it wastes valuable seconds throwing while they are pumping headshots at you.
If i had a br i would use that first then unless i am to die and if they are close enough, i would throw a nade at my feet.

ANy way im just hoping i am just helping out a lot of noobie halo 2 players.

yeh thats a realy good way of killing yourself, and taking some of them out aswell. and its most likely that your team members will pick up a few kills from your sacrifice

yeah i h8 this tactic b/c its cheap whith the new patch you know you can get get one more nade off when you die. (aka the death nade) thax to the lateist patch. Something i dont miss from halo 1

obvious tip... but yeah another nade tip for coag is pretty good.

if a banshee is charging along the ground throw a nade it will effect them greatly. so you can BR him out. ill be writing some good strats soon ive been so busy

i use nades on any map because i'm really good with them
(ie: stuck someone in the ascension base from where the banshee bridge meets dirt while i was jumping)
just so u kno, i'm not bragging. i'm just saying if yur good w/ them and kno how 2 use them, then u might as well.
