I like Beam because you can shoot twice before the human can.

I think it s a good statagy to always have one in team snipers at least as your second weapon.

well it depends on the person idk if there is actually a difference between them besides speed. Youd have to ask bungie on that, but i like human because it shoots better for me and it seems like an easier head shot. With covy ive been told it is more accurate far range but idk ive also been told its better for no scope but maybe thats cause you can shoot 6 shots and get a kill instead of 4 if you suck.

id say stick with human to get better so you dont always have the second tap or the slow taps and waste ammo. thats just my opinion though

That would be pointless. If you see me and Azzid use the sniper, it is easier to have 4 shots So you can take 4 guys at once(if you're good enough). Anyways, use the human over the Beam....ESPECIALLY for no scopes

I think beams are better close up or for a good noscoper that can land 2 shots basiclly instant. But the Human ihas four shots.

I go for beam

beam you get 2 or 3 shots that fire fast. human u get medium speed with 4 shots. the human has a better reticle. it also leaves a fainter trail making it harder for your location to be traced, so humans better. however a harder question is whats better, carbine or br. in a slyer match i gotta go with br, but in a rifles match, carbines rule.
Remember this proverb
"In a world full of battle rifles, the carbine is king"

Beam-2 hits to the overshield guys, it takes his overshield away and puts him at no health
Human-4 hits to the head to the OS guys takes him out for good

So IMO i go with beam, you can always have a back up weapon say BR to help kill the guy with no shield after taking his OS away.

I find that they are pretty much the same. The beam rifle can shoot 4 before overheating, and the human has to reload after 4 shots. Coencidence? I think not. Anyways, they are pretty much the same in every aspect so it all depends on personal taste. I feel more comfortable using the beam rifle because I like the wider recticle more. Howeverm there is a downfall to the beam rifle, it runs out of power too quickly and you cant get any ammo for it. Once it is out of power you have to find a new one. With the human sniper you can pick up more ammo for the same gun. Like I said, its all personal choice.
