I have searched using Chrome and Firefox, but the site's search feature does not work at all for me for some reason, so I apologise if this is a repeat topic.

Basically, my main profile has all the Black Ops achievements unlocked properly without cheats, apart from the zombie ones. I hate playing zombies and would just like to use a modded GPD to unlock them quickly. If I were to download this GPD, remove TU3, clear cache, backup my unmodded GPD and play offline, would this affect my current achievement list or profile? I would also like to know the procedure for removing the mods once the last achievements have been unlocked. Do I replace the modded GPD with the backup? I could swear that I once read that achievements are linked to GPD's in some way and I don't want to affect my profile.

If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated!

Gameplay for 4.0:

WARNING: Do not fire the ballistic knife too much. The knives do not go away and if you shoot too many, the game runs out of room to spawn new objects and kicks everyone. The knives are on there so you can revive your infidel teammates when they go down.

Don't kill the pentagon thief by pressing right on the dpad, this will make the game stay on that wave. The wave ends when he dies, and pressing right on the dpad deletes him.

PROBLEMS:(If there is a problem, then it means I am currently working on fixing it in the next version.)

The correct models aren't loading for the upgraded guns and they look like they aren't upgraded.

Because of the new bypass for the gpd mods, one of my binds isn't working properly. Instead of right trigger, unlimited ammo is currently set to moving the left analog stick backwards. (fixed thanks to lost4468)

Moving backwards resets the weapons cycle set to the left dpad. (fixed)

The profile folder "E00001835ABC7612" is to be injected into your the content folder of your hard drive or usb device. On the xbox 360 hard drive, this will be under partition 3.

Put the device back into your xbox and enjoy!

If you turn your xbox off, go to the dashboard, etc., you will lose the mods. All you have to do is inject the profile folder again. It will ask you if you want overwrite, choose "yes".

If you want to change the gpd for the profile, then just copy the profile from the folders "five" or "kino" and paste it over the profile in "E00001835ABC7612" (it's the last file in the folders), and reinject "E00001835ABC7612" into your xbox's content folder. Make sure you overwrite the other one.

This is just an easier way, if you know how to do gpd mods without messing up, then go ahead and do that!!

When the game starts, press up on the dpad to activate most of the mods (some will already work). After that, pressing up on the dpad will toggle between the primary and secondary controls. The secondary (posted below) are for toggling certain settings (I will add more as they are requested).

Dpad left switches between pairs of weapons. Each time you press it, you get a different pair of weapons.

To use claymores, buy them first then use controls2.

When on controls3, pressing right on the dpad disables spawning, kills and the zombies, and enables notarget (so you know what you just did)

For the perks, just download and inject the profile I included.

Thanks to:

Lost4468 - I found a GPD somewhere where the coder used "vstr", or variable string. The people who posted this tutorial (it was posted on a lot of places) credit Lost4468 from Se7ensins. I copied his weapons cycling and I added the alternate controls for toggling effects. He also helped me with the problem with unlimited ammo and the right trigger. He's an awesome guy, I would be nowhere without his gpd. TELEPORTING. I was talking to him on AIM about a bunch of things I wanted to do for 4.0 and he kept telling me it wouldn't work. He then told me to put teleports in. I thought he was kidding, but they worked. Unfortunately, you need the coordinates of where you're teleporting, and the dvars for getting coordinates don't work... I found them through trial and error.

Se7en Raptor - Helped me when I first started learning to code the GPDs.

WaTcH HoW i MoD - Making the awesome thread with the dvars; I always had a tab open with this.

Crispy8909 - Tested 4.0 for bugs and problems. I forgot that people play Kino with this and the teleports are set to coordinates on Five.

MUST DELETE TITLE UPDATE 3 TO USE To use this offline, you need to delete the patch. You have to go to system settings, go to memory, click your hard drive, click games, go to Black Ops, and delete the title update. You can download it again when you're done with the mods and you want to play online.

Gameplay for 4.0:

WARNING: Do not fire the ballistic knife too much. The knives do not go away and if you shoot too many, the game runs out of room to spawn new objects and kicks everyone. The knives are on there so you can revive your infidel teammates when they go down.

Don't kill the pentagon thief by pressing right on the dpad, this will make the game stay on that wave. The wave ends when he dies, and pressing right on the dpad deletes him.

The correct models aren't loading for the upgraded guns and they look like they aren't upgraded.

Because of the new bypass for the gpd mods, one of my binds isn't working properly. Instead of right trigger, unlimited ammo is currently set to moving the left analog stick backwards. (fixed thanks to lost4468)

Moving backwards resets the weapons cycle set to the left dpad. (fixed)

The profile folder "E00001835ABC7612" is to be injected into your the content folder of your hard drive or usb device. On the xbox 360 hard drive, this will be under partition 3.

Put the device back into your xbox and enjoy!

If you turn your xbox off, go to the dashboard, etc., you will lose the mods. All you have to do is inject the profile folder again. It will ask you if you want overwrite, choose "yes".

If you want to change the gpd for the profile, then just copy the profile from the folders "five" or "kino" and paste it over the profile in "E00001835ABC7612" (it's the last file in the folders), and reinject "E00001835ABC7612" into your xbox's content folder. Make sure you overwrite the other one.

This is just an easier way, if you know how to do gpd mods without messing up, then go ahead and do that!!

When the game starts, press up on the dpad to activate most of the mods (some will already work). After that, pressing up on the dpad will toggle between the primary and secondary controls. The secondary (posted below) are for toggling certain settings (I will add more as they are requested).

Dpad left switches between pairs of weapons. Each time you press it, you get a different pair of weapons.

To use claymores, buy them first then use controls2.

When on controls3, pressing right on the dpad disables spawning, kills and the zombies, and enables notarget (so you know what you just did)

For the perks, just download and inject the profile I included.

Lost4468 - I found a GPD somewhere where the coder used "vstr", or variable string. The people who posted this tutorial (it was posted on a lot of places) credit Lost4468 from Se7ensins. I copied his weapons cycling and I added the alternate controls for toggling effects. He also helped me with the problem with unlimited ammo and the right trigger. He's an awesome guy, I would be nowhere without his gpd. TELEPORTING. I was talking to him on AIM about a bunch of things I wanted to do for 4.0 and he kept telling me it wouldn't work. He then told me to put teleports in. I thought he was kidding, but they worked. Unfortunately, you need the coordinates of where you're teleporting, and the dvars for getting coordinates don't work... I found them through trial and error.

Se7en Raptor - Helped me when I first started learning to code the GPDs.

WaTcH HoW i MoD - Making the awesome thread with the dvars; I always had a tab open with this.

Crispy8909 - Tested 4.0 for bugs and problems. I forgot that people play Kino with this and the teleports are set to coordinates on Five.

Mas.. Use all you need is the profile A download and a XTAF program, and a xbox configured USB. Open the xtaf and insert your usb. open the drive and double click/go under Content. Then click inject folder and find the folder for profile A that is "E0001835ABC7612" and insert. once its injected... (not sure if this is necessary) but go into the kino folder of the Profile A download into profile.. On your xtaf... go into the "E0001835ABC7612" folder you injected and keep entering folders until you come to another file named "E0001835ABC7612" Delete this and inject the profile from the kino folder. Eject your USB and play away on your xbox.

Basically, my main profile has all the Black Ops achievements unlocked properly without cheats, apart from the zombie ones. I hate playing zombies and would just like to use a modded GPD to unlock them quickly. If I were to download this GPD, remove TU3, clear cache, backup my unmodded GPD and play offline, would this affect my current achievement list or profile? I would also like to know the procedure for removing the mods once the last achievements have been unlocked. Do I replace the modded GPD with the backup? I could swear that I once read that achievements are linked to GPD's in some way and I don't want to affect my profile.

If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated!

Just put the modded gpd on the delete tu3 then play once done u can either delete your profile and recover it but make sure I know your email adress and password or Make a backup account on your computer with the clean gpd in it

Doesn't work for me..
I put the modded profile onto my xbox, and went to blackops (not signed in).
Then, I went to zombies, and signed in with the modded acount, but it took me back to the blackosp main menu.
Then, i went to splitscreen zombies, and i started the game with kino, and a second player (just a guest).

Didn't work

works for me. it works almost perfectly, but i wish the controls where diffrent and i knew what ALL the controls where... >.< thanks for posting this too

It worked for me a while back but i think the 1/5/2010 HIDDEN patch fixed it and the rails on five. don't work any more
