Step One: Find the first frame you'd like to render and press the key (B), find the last frame you'd like to render and press the key (N).

Step Two: Add the project to your render queue (Ctrl+M).

Step Three: Inside of "Best Settings" copy these settings below then click 'OK'.

Step Four: Inside "Lossless" Change video format to 'H.264' and be sure to tick the 'Audio Output' box like so. (Don't click 'OK' yet)

Step Five: Open the "Format Options" select 'VPR, 1 pass' and turn the bitrate all the way up like so then click 'OK'.

Step Six: Select the "Output Module" then rename and save the file where you wish.

Now hit that render button and be on your way, the high bitrate will take the render longer time, but the quality will be higher.

You're killing it with these tutorials, keep it up! I personally render 10 frames less than the composition settings for smoother results.
