Okay I don't know if this has been released but I figured this out myself last night and I thought I would show you guys.

Tutorial:

1. First download and install Rad Video Tools here

2. Go into your MW2 folder and find a .bik file that you would like to edit, I am going to use the MW2 intro.

3. Copy the .bik file to your desktop and also make a backup just encase you muckup.

4. Open RAD Video Tools and open your .bik file you copied, you should be able to play it etc.

The .bik files aren't signed so you can hotswap it or use it on a flashed console.
