No it doesn't because you downgrade and would need to update in order to play online.To play online with mods you need to ISO mod.
god i remember when i modded it online the first time, it was soo easy, then even when they had the patch and all u had to do was type dvar. twice and it was soo easy now its all about the iso modding for online=GAY!!!

I'm not referring to the saves in this post just look around I think DnC ShockZ posted it..and I know its possible to save online games as it was from my code_post. Also you do have map pack 3 on that console installed?
So if i put an online der riese save once ive removed the caches and added a new one resume game and it will work?
wow k totally forgot why its not working for me... i use to know but i stop doing this stuff for a bit, anyways i place it in modio and change the ids then resume game it loads then error! why again am i getting the error. "Save game data is incompatible with the current version of the game. You may continue from the beginning of your most recent mission or exit to the menus"
