APPARENTLY THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM UPDATED THEIR BAN POLICITY:
======================================
I'm mainly doing this tutorial to clear up the latest trend with all these guys downloading you tube videos and uploading them again to xbox, claiming them as their own!
Requirements:
First off you need to decide which game you want to set as your video title. You need to do that in order for the xbox to detect a upload-able file.
The xbox app uses the file properties to detect if the file was downloaded from xbox live or not. Every game clip that you download will get the "id" for the game it was recorded off. You will find a few id's below. If you remove the id from a recorded clip and go back into the xbox app it will still show the same clip but you can't upload it as it will say unable to detect game.
After you have decided which game you want to use you have to change the properties of the file you want to upload. To do that right click on the file and click on "Properties", navigate to "Details" > "Marks" and paste in the id from the game of your choice.
All you need to do now is place the file in the "Records" folder and launch the xbox app. Click on "Game DVR" and select your video. Click on upload and enjoy the reactions!
PROOF:
yes i like my own s**t
Unfortiently i cant provide you with more pictures as my pc language is german.
->Can you get banned for this?
Yes a ban is possible for doing this. Their so called "XBOX GAME DVR EXPLOIT" under their "TOS" somehow they can force you to agree to a tos thats not even put out yet for public. Last time I checked. Xbox game dvr exploits were NEVER mentioned. Scumbas MS
