OT:There is no second circle pad, so the first photo you have is actually an inaccurate one. That out of the way, I would get this if I wanted a big 3ds but I actual do not. I like the 3ds current size because I can just toss it into my pocket without a care in the world, I would be unable to do that with something that is almost twice the size. However it is very unfortunate that Nintendo didn't include a 2nd Circle pad, That would have been the only reason I would have considered buying this,

didn't nintendo say they weren't going to make different versions of the 3ds?

I'm pretty sure they stated that it would be cheaper party because it does not come with a charger and you have to buy one later from nintendo.
