Im assuming you've already gone and changed to 3-4-1-2, but aside from just getting everyone in the right positions and formation, you probably want to swap Ibra and Di natale, and then get Pato/Miccoli instead of Marcelo. Also, depending on budget, you probably want to pick up Thiago Silva, and you can get IF versions of most of the team if you have the coins
No, I hadn't switched over to 3-4-1-2 yet, but for some reason it's showing up that way in the thing. Here, let me just take a screen shot of what I have: Now that we have the right image, what would you do? My question still stands, should I go to 3-4-1-2? And also, per usual, what other improvements would you make?
I personally love playing with wingers, and I think Ibra works well with them, as he isn't the fastest, thus the wingers can do most of the work and just cross it in, so I would probably stay with 4-3-3. I would still get Thiago Silva over Lucio, as he is better in pretty much every way. I'd also not play Di Natale at CM, because although he can play there, he is a bit stuck between roles, him being a natural striker (And because of his high AWR, and low DWR, he ends up very forward and out of position, leaving a massive gap). Instead, I would get, depending on budget, either TOTS Marchisio, IF Pjanic or maybe Giovinco -_-

Eredivisie -IF Moisander instead of Marcelo -IF Mertens instead of Cabral -IF Lens instead of Biseswar -Cost = 100k -if it was supposed to be a silver/gold mix then disregard all of the above Ligue 1 -Maybe IF Valbuena instead of Sako -Put Sako at RM -Now, with Sako at RM, put Mangala (UP) at RCB -Cost = 20k BPL/Dutch -TOTY Van der Vaart instead of De jong? -cost = ~140k Total cost = ~260k Sick teams btw
Cabral & Bisewar are tanks, If you have not used them then you must, I had mertens and lens and found them turd. Marcelo is a decent solid CB who is quicker than Moisander who I dislike his face. Ligue 1 - Kadri is a good little RM he has good WR's my CB's are decent in that team IF Fanni is a rock. BPL/Dutch - I contemplated using VDV but wanted a defensive minded CM rather than attacking so De Jong filled it in nicely, and he seems to be everywhere when breaking down an attack
In my eredivise squad, Lens was the top scorer by miles, even with IF dost up front, and he played like a beast for me, but meh, haven't played with those silvers so can't really comment. Sako and Kadir have the same WR's, but I was just suggesting that to get Mangala at CB, because although Sakho is a beast, this is UT and pace is pretty much everything :| Can't really argue about the BPL/Dutch, you could still maybe get IF Lens at RM (You may have guessed I <3 him) But given the run of things I'll just assume Beerens is yet another beast that I've never heard of... EDIT: Scratch that Beerens is definitely a pretty beastly player
Beerens is a good little player, I have the lower rated players in the team so it brings my overall rating down otherwise it is very difficult to get a game online when you have 86+ stats
