Just because you hit a few shots that seem to look like quick scoping (which it's not, it's dragscoping) doesn't make it quickscoping. I can pull my scope half way up and hit someone across the map and it'll still be a noscope which is exactly what your doing. Unless you can show me a 4-5 piece with all shots connecting from a medium distance, then this is just a fail noscoping video. Also when you killed the guy on radiation, your reticule/crosshairs was on his leg whilst it's impossible to 1shot via below the belt, care to explain?

The sway is still there, but the delay has been removed. And you didn't get an update because it was server side.

Well the sway prevents people from making 100% accurate shots within however many seconds after the scope has been brought up, essentially meaning an accurate shot is a lot harder. The delay was the thing that made it so while you were in the process of scoping in the accuracy was still very weak, as though you were basically no-scoping. I'm not 100% sure on that but that seems to be what's happened on mine. (I accidentally +repped you as well )

I just tried it in a private game with my friend. AND I tried it in Public matches (Domination,Demolition) It works. Its just like before the patch. Not as easy as in MW2, but its not hard. If you guys still dont believe it... go and try it yourself...
Your a scrub if you think your good if you can quick scope... Don't go off saying sniping is awesome when your one of those idiots that go running around trying to quick scope people. That isn't sniping... Your a scrub.
If you can't quickscope in BO, all it means is you are bad. It's SO easy. All it did was separate the good from the bad.

I think this montage could be good just but in some kill where you get more than one person at a fair distance that is my only criticism of the OP
I only want quick scoping because pistols can never let you win a fight vs a guy with an smg/shotgun/assault rifle so I quick scope them instead.
