Just a little tip, if you wanted to go to the room to maybe get a quest item or something else.
Only problem is a couple of the chests freeze your pc/xbox when you try to open them.
Why you no tell how to get there
I have never frozen. Some of them just take a while to load. I am assuming that you get frustrated and think it is frozen forever when it really isn't.
If it takes longer than 10 minutes, I assume it's frozen. Or just not worth it. Only tried it for a few minutes on console, but left it on for about half an hour on pc, and the window was still frozen.
The enchanted boxes took 2-3 minutes to load on my xbox
Mine hasn't froze and i'm on xbox 360 if you're worried that it might freeze then just save before you open a chest. That's what I do just in case.
How would you get there on Xbox without a commandscreen?
Guess my laptop is crap then, lol.
if anyone didnt know the command for pc is >coc_qasmoke
I had someone mod my save
Yep I got a friend to transfer my save put me in then gave the save back. I also got a modded save with a custom testing hall in my house.
where did you get that save, that sounds awesome
You could have someone make it in a place of your choosing, by doing a "player.placeatme <ID> 1" command, and using these ID's:
C2CD4 - All Ammo
C2CD6 - All Standard Armor
C2D3B - All Books
C2CD8 - All Clothing and Jewelry
C2CD7 - All Enchanted Armor
C2CDF - All EnchantedWeapons
C2CDA - All Ingredients
C2CDB - All Keys
C2CDC - All Misc Items
C2CE2 - All Potions
C2CE1 - All Scrolls
10D9FF - All Skill Books
C2CDD - All Soul Gems
C2CD9 - All Spell Tomes
C2CDE - All Staffs
C2CE0 - All Standard Weapons
I'd offer, but Skyrim is not starting on my pc right now, for some reason.
so how can i get this on xbox....can someone help me?
I want it done to my save now because it's sounds awsome assuming i can safely take all the stuff out of the boxes without my console freezing completely =)
People have said in this thread it only freezes for a few minutes on console, and all my worries came from how long it took on my admittedly bad-spec pc. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet myself, hopefully tomorrow I can get skyrim barely running as usual on my computer, and maybe mod some saves.
It won't freeze it just takes 2-4 minutes to load since the game is trying to load around 100+ item's.
just curious, dev rooms are usually if not always build off map so there is no way to get there by physical means, only by commands, correct? wondering for those of us with the xbox version who cannot enter commands.
Someone could either transport you, and then transport you back after you get what you want, or someone could spawn the chests using the codes I posted, and put them in your house or something.
Separate names with a comma.
