GTA IV: EFLC Stealth Mods by deadly fishes [DOWNLOAD] THIS RELEASE WAS POSTED MAY 27th, 2011! THESE MODS ARE PATCHED! These mods allow you to go unnoticed as a modder in online game modes. However, these mods do give you an advantage over normal (non-modding) players. I do have to say that these mods aren't for everyone. Ideally, these mods players who value playing competitively in other game-modes such as death-matches or GTA Races, or anyone who wishes to seem to be playing "fair" but have an extra edge over everyone else. [I will be updating this post with videos, pictures and more cheesy graphics/text that you guys love so much.] Content: Vehicles -Normal colors -Normal handling -Cars can sustain infinite damage -No bullet holes -Flying cars to protect from freezing -THIS MOD DOES NOT HAVE FREEZE VEHICLES Weapons -Less damage against you -More damage against other players -Increased targeting range -Increased accuracy -Protected from all explosions Player Damage -Protected from falling damage -Protected from vehicle impacts IMPORTANT! - Before the angry mob of the GTA IV forums starts complaining please read this first: It is NOT recommended to use v5.0 map mods because normal players and other modders will see your car spawn-points (found in most parking areas) People might still suspect that you are modding, but you can't rely on the mods 100% to keep you under the radar, but they do a pretty good job of doing so. It's all about the way you play and interact with the other players. Credit goes to me for making the limited damage tweaks, custom loading screens, other minor edits and the rest to Rockstar Games because these mods are pretty much the same without mods. On another random note: Why is everyone on Xbox LIVE, Se7enSins.com, and the internet in general so freaking illiterate? Half the people reading this right now probably don't even know what that word means. *sigh*
The flying cars don't spawn on the street. They're only there for protection from freezing and for when you need to get somewhere ASAP.
Thanks guys. I hope that I save people a lot of time trying to get all the non-modded files in the DLC's and also making all the cars drive normal while taking no damage. (I couldn't find the special text editor so I had to do it manually... Sad story.) I plan to release more in the future... But there's not much people could release these days...
I would advise you and everyone else to please read the entire post before asking questions, but your answer is in the title of this thread.
Nice release, but you could also add an increased rate of fire, either by a bit or a lot depending on how stealthy you would want to be, considering many have turbo controllers.
maybe add a component.ped just to give somthing extra ? like a striper or a riot guy im sure a few people would like that + no one else can see it so its more stelthy
That really has nothing to do with the gameplay... Nice idea though. Also, I'm not so sure if you can do a component.ped mod on GTA IV: EFLC. I'm pretty sure that mod is for the original GTA IV only.
I'm just wondering, do these include ANY freeze modifications? Please quote my post if you reply. Thanks
