Shame you feel you can't trust me with one... what happened to the last account you gave out? It's not something you could sign in with? Also I dont think I gave an answer to something you mention here a few days ago with the account holder thinking people were signing in on his account. It's really not possible with the account profile you posted. Recon owners get disconnected online because people who are sour try to recover them from the dashboard options. Even though they can't recover the profile - when they enter the gamertag, that person get's cut offline. So if you ever want to cut someone offline - go to recover profile, enter the gamertag and give false information. They then get a message on screen about another login and it does freak people out - but the recover is unsuccessful. This is also mentioned a lot on the bungie forums.
If any one did there not sharing they need to shareshare! And i am really positive ichys way doesn't work. If it does i want to see some prof. um actually i didn't null the ids so before the account info was changed there were actually people signed in on the account that were from this site, and i did try it my self and if you have someones profile and you put it on you hdd you can sign into there account. And i do trust you ukjay i just dont trust half the nubs on this site or any other site.
The only extra info I found through being given the data of two Recon profiles was the values 4D 53 07 E6 00 09 00 which were not in non recon profiles. Above and below those values are gamertag details with random numbers. But I have come to the conclusion that depsite finding that and everything else - Recon must be cache related or encrypted into the 404 byte Account Profile data which is unreadable with hex. I'm not sure who if anyone is capable of decrypting it - but it would be the same person who would know how to change your gamertag by using the account data.
Ya true I have some friends on xbox live that know how to decrypt the data to change your gamertag but there to ****y to let that information out.
The account block has absolutely nothing to do with Recon. I don't even think Bungie has the privileges to change it, considering only Microsoft does.
So basically what? You guys can mod yourselves recon and play with it online as long as we dont try to play offline?
correct me if i am wrong. but you need to decrypt your profile and modify something to get recon? would you achieve this by using wxpirs and siggy?
That's the first thing I tried with the sigg..y thing. It does contain 4 values that I believe help with recon. I said before that in all recon profiles I have noticed: 4d 53 07 E6 00 09 00 00 after the 09 00 00 is more values which I said were gamertag related. so 4d 53 07 E6 00 09 00 00 xx xx xx xx (with xx's being associated with the recon gamerprofile) when I decrypted the account data there is also a line in the account data which is 09 00 00 xx xx xx xx with those xx's matching that of the line above in the recon accounts. So I believe the way to unlock recon is finding the line 09 00 00 xx xx xx xx in your own account data and then finding the correct location in your gamerprofile to add the line 4d 53 07 E6 00 09 00 00 xx xx xx xx But in all the recon profiles I was donated that line of code wasn't always in the same place so I can't find the exact area to place it in, since non recon profiles do not have 4d 53 07 E6 00 09 listed anywhere!
ukjay, the amount of effort you have been putting into this is just astonishing. I applaud you for that sir, we need more members like you.
So what your saying, ukjay, is that you have to replace some coding in your profile with 4d 53 07 E6 00 09 xx xx etc... to unlock recon on that specific account? or is there more to it, like with the cache and all...?
The value you are talking about, ukjay, is the profile's unique identifier used by Xbox Live. It's not going to enable Recon.
:thumbup:hi all im new to this site but acheint to mods hex editing / decrypting i mite have a few ideas on how to spread recon armor from a legit account with it live on my xbox and edit it to accounts under 5mb i just need a acciount can sum1 upload a working one for me please thanks all for putting so much effort into trying to do this to ukjay and all the people who have contributed i think ill be al right on this fourm thanks again guys i also aperciate all the hard work the community has put into this topic we havent cracked it yet but hard people are at work like ukjay and halo noob evreones dibbed in on this one
