I was bored yesterday and made this. All it does is take whatever stat you throw it, and find what it would be if the person had 100% consistency when playing.
For example: if they have 100 kills at level 10, at level 70 they should have 700. All this does is that. It also has a option to increase the stat based on a modifier. This is extremely simple and I had no use for it so maybe someone else will. Would be effective at creating truly legitimate stats over a one size fits all solution.
Annd dll to include in your project if your really lazy and dont want to create your own stuff to use it (Theres only two functions in this dll anyway xD)
Nothing is obfuscated because really theres nothing here to secure. Heres a virus scan and download link.

Yes I realize this is for the most part useless, but Im sure with some creative thinking someone could come up with something unique to do with the concept.
