Is it possible to add weapon xp. Not the double weapon xp but to rank up the weapons to 31/10 or is that part of the unlock all??

It will be part of the unlock all, but I am rewriting that because the one in the source is ****. It doesn't unlock everything correctly.

PS: Anyone that can mod MW3 on a Wii message me, need you to dump something for me.

to me it all looks good .... i cant think of anything else that would be necessary to add to it im glad that you added an unlock all back into it .... will it work for a regular jtag/rgh ....not the dev xbox?
