Here is a tutorial on how to Jtag your Xbox 360 with the Boxxdr method and coolshrimps Jtag tool.

    Parts List
    2x 10K ohm ¼ watt resistors
    2x 2N3904 Transistors
    30AWG kynar wire
    3/64’ Heat Shrink Tubing

Step 1. Remove the solder from points J2D2,1,2,4 and 7. If you do not prefer doing this step then you do not have to.

Step 2. Install the two resistors as shown, make sure they go through the board completely.

Step 3. Flip the motherboard over. Fold the resistor legs over so they pass by each other.Add a dab of solder to join them.

Step 4. Fold the other resistor legs over as shown and trim them to the length shown.

Step 5.Add your first Transistor at point J2D2-1.Make sure the flat side of the transistor faces away from the GPU heat sink.
During this step the center pin on the transistor gets soldered to the resistor in J2D2-7

Step 6. Install the second transistor. It goes in just like the other one and its center pin connects to the other resistor.

Step 7. Solder a piece of kynar wire to each of the remaining legs on the
The wire that goes to the DB1F1 alt point should be 1 ¼ inches in length and the AUD_CLAMP wire should be 3 ¼ inches long.Slide some shrink tube over each wire to protect against shorts and to make a very professional looking appearance.Feed the wires through the holes near the southbridge as shown.

    Step 8.Connect wire to AUD_CLAMP
    [IMG]

Step 9.Connect wire to DB1F1 alternate point. On Zephyr version boards this point may be covered in laminate. On Falcon versions it is already tinned with solder. If you don’t like this point you can always use the real DB1F1(top) or FT1U2 (bottom)

This is how to use Jtag tool

This is how to install the USB Spi (make sure you do not power on your Xbox 360 while the USB Spi is plugged into your computer
    [IMG]
    How to install the drivers
Download the drivers and extract to your c:\ http://www.megaupload.com/?d=5FY5ZYCY
You should see this popup, choose "NO, not this time," and click next.
Then choose " Install from list or specified location (Advanced)," and click next
    [IMG]
Select the path, where you extracted the drivers, and click NEXT
    [IMG]
When you see this, just click CONTINUE ANYWAY
    [IMG]
    Goto your device manager
(RIght click on my computer > properties > hardware tab > device manager)
make sure you see LIBUSB-WIN32 DEVICES, expand that, and make sure you see "MEMORY ACCESS." IF you do, it works, now goto the freeboot guide from the main page
    [IMG]
How to flash the NAND with freeboot

    Download Jtag tool http://www.mediafire.com/?klm4jduuyne

Launch Jtag tool (I am using 1.74 with this guide), select your device type (I am using USB), and your console type.
Once that is done, hit "READ NAND" button.
This command prompt window should come up and start reading your nand. Once it's finished, it will look like the pic below, and then hit any key.
After it's done, this dialog will popup, asking you where to save your nand.
I chose C:\backup\ and named my file "NAND-1" then hit save
    [IMG]
Back to this screen, go ahead and hit READ NAND again, and do the samething.
This screen is back, wait for it to complete.
    Save this nand as NAND-2.bin
    [IMG]
Now that you have 2 reads, goto the command prompt (Start > Run > cmd ), then to your directory. Since I saved mine in
C:\Backup, that's where I went. Now Copy this code
replace <file1.bin> and <file2.bin> with your file name (mine are nand-1.bin and nand-2.bin),
right click in the prompt then hit PASTE and hit ENTER on your keyboard.
You should see "FC: no differences encountered," if not, do another read and try it again.
Now its time to write XELL so hit the WRITE XELL button.
You will see this, just hit YES
    [IMG]
This will come up and your's should look exactly like it.
    After XELL is installed
UNPLUG YOUR JTAG FROM YOUR COMPUTER/LAPTOP
Now, with your xbox 360 hooked up to your TV, with the DVD Drive installed, push the EJECT Button, on the console.
Grab a Camera, and take a picture of your scree, it should look like something below.
We are interested in the lines 03 and 05 (red box)
Type up line 3, and with no space, type up line 5. Look at next pic.

Where you see the CPU KEY box, put in your cpu key you typed up (line 03 and line 05) and select the XB1 Compatibility.

TURN OFF YOUR XBOX AND PLUG IN YOUR USB PROGRAMMER
    Then hit Create BIN.
    Select the nand you read.
This window will pop up twice, just press anykey.
It will ask you where to save the file, I chose the same location, and called it "FREEBOOT."
    Confimation
    [IMG]
    Now hit WRITE BIN
    [IMG]
Select the image you just created
    [IMG]
You should see this one again
    [IMG]
    Success, we're done!
