Solved Need help with Physics n Flex v3!

So I figured I'd get the new Physics n Flex v3...having a little trouble with binds. What exactly do I need to do in order for everything to stick (prestige, attachments etc)?

I have the original Physics n Flex v3's code post.

Can someone guide me step by step on which button layout and which buttons to press in order for everything to stick? I'd appreciate it very much.

BTW: These are the code post instructions:

Does Project x2.0 not need a post code? does it automatically inject and stick?

Anyways, can someone explain to me how to activate those sticky prestige binds in order?
