I know woodcutting isn't the best money in Runescape but it's what I have always done the most when I played Runescape in the past and right now at 82 its my highest skill. What level should I get to to efficiently cut magics and is that the best way to make money with woodcutting? Any responses are requested, try and give me some good feedback if you can. Also let me know what you think I should train next that could help me with my financial woes.

I have 90 WC and still don't touch magics, they're extremely slow. I make more money doing chopping Yews. The Varrock Sewer Resource Dungeon has a great spot for chopping Magics though, 6 of them all together and I've never seen another person there. The banking is out of the way though. But you'll get all of the logs opposed to fighting the bots for them. Maybe Home teleport to Edgville each time you fill up and bank then take the Edgeville dungeon agility shortcut to the Varrock sewers and it'd be just south of you. Another easy way of income is using Miscellania, keep those employees happy and fill the coffer as often as you can. They take 50k a day from it, but you get 800 Maple logs a day from it and 8 birds nests. That alone covers the 50k you spend, and then you get the seeds or rings from the nests also. It's a decent bit of money sometimes. I got 2 Magic seeds once, that was the easiest 500k I ever made!

Alright, Im just gonna go with Yews now though most likely. Much faster, less bots.

Good choice. Woodcutting really doesn't make money anymore, just useful to gather your own resources to level other skills like firemaking or fletching.

What do you suggest I train for money then... I haven't really found much quicker ways to make money because I can't flip/merch yet... I don't have enough cash at only 5m.

Well back in the days you could basically train any skill to level 99 and make 5m+ profit at the minimum. I haven't played in forever though it sounds like pvp and pvm are the way to go. All I did was skill and I made 2m+ everyday life was good.
