this looks fresh... although i bet it'll have problems like keys not working. touch pad breaking screen cracking easily.
tablets are useless AF. Does anyone else realize that the possibilities of things to do are much slimmed? Why not just buy a real laptop and be able to do whatever you please?
hopefully this will be good, i might get one. on fox news, they talked about this. they mentioned how people who tested this, said it would not be a ipad killer. but still, a good tablet
I for one can't wait. I jumped on the Windows Phone bandwagon a little late and blaming my poor choice of phone, it was the reason why I jumped back to the iPhone. With this tablet, I am glad I held off on buying an iPad/iPad 2/whatever the new iPad is called, as it will give me the chance to see what it is capable of and help make it easier which device to purchase when it becomes available. With the addition of Smart Glass announced at E3 2 weeks ago, grabbing Microsoft's tablet is an easier choice. It also looks more enjoyable to use, on-screen keyboard as well as the little pad thing that I saw elsewhere. Also has a mother ****ing kickstand!
I just feel it will be connected to other microsoft products in some way, which I own more of compared to apple. Maybe they will tie it in with xbox and their PCs.
Of course they will. They'd be stupid to not do that. It will have access to various Windows apps, including Xbox. No word on what and how it will work, but they will all be interacting together, somehow.
The only downfall I can see to this is the pricing. Microsoft has been notorious with over pricing items but before they were the only ones in the market. Take for example Windows. $180 and you don't even get updates for newer versions. If it is overpriced, which I can easily see happening, then it won't sell good. Especially in a market they don't already dominate. But I have to agree. It has a mother ****ing kickstand! So it can't fail entirely.
This really looks interesting to me. It said it supports external HDDs, so I assume it has USB ports on it. Being a college student this thing and a 500GB external HDD would be excellent. Type up any papers I need, watch movies on campus, everything, in a slim, lightweight case. Keep my old laptop for things at home involving DVDs and I would have everything I need.
Are you serious? Do you think the other tablets have screens made out of bullet proof glass and keys made out of steel?
Is that seriously the color of the keyboard? How ugly is that. If it comes in different colors I will buy it.
