For anyone interested. I haven't even started Mass Effect, so the thought of an add-on for ME3 and its ending is my last thought. Still, BioWare and EA could of done nothing about it or even charged for this if they wanted to.It's got some competition though. No, not from fan who turned on the developers, but Dawnguard is released the same day. The second episode of The Walking Dead is also released on the same day, so there is a little more competition to deal with.
I just hope this answers a lot of our questions. They could also release a free story dlc based on the Indoctrination theory should this extended cut fail. This game has too many plot holes!
Did you not pay attention, There are to many plot holes in it to even accept it as a legitimate ending. OT: Finally, But they better have some good explanations and fix some plot holes. I probably might go rent ME3 for a day to finally see the end to my trilogy, A trilogy I was so invested in
Yes what happens after wards is left to your imagination and that is fine, But the major plot holes that occur during the ending have no explanation and should be explained and they better be explained well
I don't think people ever fully understood the ending. It was a dream. Everything that happened was caused by the Reaper Indoctrination that Shepard has been going through since ME1. At the end Shepard was buried under the rubble of the Reaper invasion, but was still alive.
That's the indoctrination theory. We don't know if that's true. If it is true, it would be Bioware's ultimate troll and best ending to a game franchise in years...depending on how it ends, of course.
can't wait to see what happens. no matter what, the ending will always be the same. i bet its just a little clip that will just lead to the next series of mass effect universe.
I love how the reject ending is a big middle finger to the fans, it should have been included from the start though!
