Something to piss us off, like a bigger iPod touch and a new MacBook Pro (Well, that only sucks for the people who just bought one). MacRumors Macworld San Francisco Coverage
The MacBook Air looks sort of good. I think it's pretty stupid not having a DVD drive and forcing you to use someone elses, I mean WTF?! lol 'Why play DVDs on your computer when you can rent them from the online iTunes store?' - also retarded. MacBook Air advert, info and guided tour: Apple - MacBook Air Apple really know how to make decent adverts though lol
You can get the seperate dvd drive and use that if you don't want to use another computer's drive. That's what i would/will do when i get one lol But damn that MBA (mac book air lol) is sexy, so thin and clean and just uber sexy lol
It's looks nice, but it's insanely overpriced and underpowered. I was expecting it to be the lowest version Apple laptop (ie. cheaper than the MacBook).
You can't really price something that is BASED on wireless technology really low. Plus they had intel make a processor just for that laptop, come on now, you can't make it cheap after that. And raven i really doubt it will be easy to break. You think cause it's thin it will be easy to break huh? Not true, macs are some of the sturdiest things i've used.
I could care less. Mac's are less than 10% of the entire consume COMPUTER market, and they use that to their advantage to show these outrageously different things with odd functions that the public likes. I'd rather go to CES and then take teh plane home and nap then go to macworld.
^here we go again.... As a matter of fact I have an idea... http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/mac-os-x/82828-if-you-dont-like-macs.html
doesn't seem like something that I would want. Under powered and a lot of money. Im getting a MacBook pro.
"MacBook Air is 0.16" to 0.76". The thickest part of the MacBook Air is thinner than the thinnest part of the Sony. It fits inside a envelope." Apple - MacBook Air
The first post, thread starting post, asked if I was pumped. I said no and stated my reason why. No reason to label me one of those "here we go again, a non-beleiver" type people.
