How To Remove Any Unwanted Paint From Your Xbox 360 Controller I am going to be showing you how to remove any unwanted paint from your Xbox 360 controller. Maybe you were painting your controller and messed up in a spot, or want to take the old paint off to give it a new paintjob. Either way, this tutorial will help you out with your situation. For this demonstration, I will be using the battery pack, but this will work with all parts of the controller. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: The piece of the controller you want to remove paint from Goo-Gone Paper Towels Some Patience OPTIONAL- Gloves STEPS Take one piece of paper towel and put some of the Goo-Gone on it. Start to rub the paper towel with Goo-Gone on it on the section you want to remove the paint from. In my case, it's the whole thing. After a minute or two, it should start to look like this: Continue scrubbing, and then as more time passes it will look like this: When you are almost finished, it will look like this: And finally when you are finished the controller piece will look like this: It may take some time, but you can remove the paint you don't want from your controller.
