    Is there any way to do this on GTA IV? I've seen people playing on GTA with no mods but they have like stars and s*** in their name. I'm trying a few things but nothing is working.

    The easiest way to do it is use hadzz gt after you type your new tag, save to your desktop, drag the account to modio to rehash and resign and then follow the rest to do above.

    PLEASE listen. This no longer works! You can get it all the way back to the xbox, but the new update prevents you from signing in. Unless you make a backup of your profile don't even try this.
