    Yes, this tutorial is implying you already have correct billing information already on your main account. Although, I would assume using http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ and https://www.entropay.com/ could get you a billing address. If you need further help setting it up, let me know.

    fake name generator doesn't work for a credit card if that's what your implying, but it will get you an address.

    It should, that's why I asked in the OP if someone could post the deal of the month for their country. Just make a silver account and try the tutorial to see if it works and let me know. I'll update the thread if it works for you and the current promotion for the UK.
