Note: this TuT work in GTA IV & EFLC for Xbox360/PS3/PC :3
1) Open VisualSettings on Notepad
Colors to be changed: "RGB"
R= Red
G= Green
B= Blue
Important
The higher the number the brighter the colorwill be, for example if you choose 15 will be brighter than if you choose 7 I use because it is the right balance according to me
These are the colorsand their meanings:
Intensity= light blue
Angle = Yellow
2) For the Headlight find it in this location in my case the lights are white =)
Open!
3) For change the color to the Headlight to umm for example blue!
Do you need change the original values to R=0 G=0 B=7 <- in my case i use seven!
This is a example :3
Open!
Good now your headlight are blue :3
4) Now for change yout Tallight find this part in your file
Open!
5) Now its time to change to a green color =D
They need to changethe valuesin the same waywith theheadlight
