so my computer suffered a hardware failure so i lost all my files and i want to update my jtag to the newest dashboard.
I am updating to the newest dash with my current jtag dash of 12625 which i just dumped with flash 360.
the only problem is that i no longer know what my CPU key.

I've tried turning the xbox on with the eject button and it boots to a black screen. That was the only way i knew how to get my CPU key....

I dont have Xellous on my jtag...

Can someone point me towards a tut or something for me to get my CPU key?

+rep to anyone who answers fully

sounds like a bad xell flash
Theres really no way without being able to boot xell

    also is it HDMI?
my old zephyr (RIP) wouldnt boot xell unless it was hooked up through HDMI

its non HDMI, but i have it connected via component so its using the blue, green, and red wires.......

So is there anyway to get the cpu and dvd key....
also i looked on my HDD and i dont have xell or xellous (atleast i cant find them)

ALSO i mean the xbox boots fine with the power button and still works like a jtag (no rrod) or anything...i just want to be able to play kinect

they won't be on the HDD because theyre written to the nand
and other than being able to boot xell theres really no other way
