how do i format a 1 tb external hard drive to FAT32?

    i cant find a way to format my western digital 1 tb my book essential hard drive. i can only format it to NTFS and exFAT. there is no option to format to Fat32. any one know???? its for my jtaged xbox 360

    uhm try plugging it in go to my computer right click on the icon and click formart
    if thats not there idk:?

    the only options that gives me is exFAT and NTFS. i need Fat32 for jtag

    plug it into your jtag and go to system>memory> and click on usb memory device and configure it with like 256 mb of storage rest u can access thought xexmenu and things like that.

    its formated to NTFS and the jtag does not recognize the hdd.

    i had the same problem a while ago use a program called Partition Wizard Home Edition it works very well with 1Tb hdd especially if your running vista

    download it from here [Click here to view the link]

    but remember it will only allocate something like 380Gb of space to each fat32 partition is i believe thats the maxium size fat32 can reach

    thanks for the help dude. i found out i first had to format it again to NTFS cuz i had like 80 xbox 360 games in it than i could use the program to format it to Fat32 thanks. for the help.
