Host Ban Is Fake

This is more of one of those sticky discriptions, rather than a tutorial...at least, i was hoping, lol.

Ok, every since this new AU came out, it has been harder for people to "cheat." These things below are things that I have read that people have posted. I DO NOT believe in any of these, this is just saying how wrong they are. Though, with this new AU, it IS harder to get host with stand-bying and stuff...no doubt in that...but host ban is ludicrous.

:1: All things that people say are NOT true LIKE:

-1- ISP BAN - No such thing, and then NO ONE that is on your same ISP would get host, NO

-2- Xbox EEPROM Ban - IMPOSSIBLE on network connection-related things, your EEPROM is only supposed to tell the Xbox wheater to go on Live in general.

-3- Xbox, Router, etc. IP Ban - they CAN'T ban a LOCAL IP because they don't know ANY information of local IP stuff, your router deals with that ONLY. Plus, it is easy to change it using Cain (shut off your Xbox while Cain is still logging it, turn it back on and your Xbox has a new Local IP.)

-4- IP Ban - NO because then ANY information from your network would be blocked away from live. PLUS - Easy to change IP.

:2: People that SAY they have been banned from host that are my XBL Friends, I have gone to my friends house and bridged them host. It's a 1 in 8 chance YOU will be so special, the world does NOT revolve around you, you have just been UNLUCKY!

:3: They also say things like, "host ban kicks me from step 3," one day, and then the next it is a TOTALLY different reason.

:4: Me and some of my friends make accts and stand-by like 70 games...no stupid "HOST BAN"!!! I'm back home, but he's STILL up and running.

:5: I just heard that bridging is different from stand-bying for host...WTF? That just proves my point even more which they have NO idea. This..."Host Ban"... is supposed to make it where you don't get host...AT ALL...so why the crap would the method of obtaining host matter?

All it is is that the newest AU is unpredictable and was MADE specifically to make it harder to network hax. Just keep practicing and finding out ways to get around the new speed bumps.

People just go around blurting out theories that they have no PHYSICAL proof of. Like Dr. Drew says on Loveline radio (health related), don't make diagnostics of what you don't know, (if you want to continue that - you don't know anything about your body, not only, doctors get themselfs checked out by other doctors too). BUT ANYWAYS...going along the lines of the first part...

Do you take classes of networking, computer classes, electronics, etc. at school? I doubt that, so why would you blurt crap out that you barely know anything about? I don't do that, yet I only know the stupid small basics at the moment, I can still counter that stupid n00b crap people say.

EDIT: Still, some knuckleheads still ask me, "why can't I get host then?" or "stand-by" or "bridge" for host? IT IS BECAUSE IT IS A NEW AU (as I have said MANY times), we don't know how it exactly works as we did with the other ones, therefore, we don't have any public ways to hax it.

It was more of a...sticky type of thing like how it describes something, i was kinda hoping, lol
