Yeah, I know. It seems like fans who are looking for both might find themselves buying them separately.
Why wouldn't they just include the Special Edition with the console... I bet they know they ****ed up there.
The three mappacks easily make the extra 40 dollars worth it. Proud to say I will be a limited edition owner. Although I never touched any of the extra stuff in the Halo Reach legendary edition sense the day after it came out.
Not true. It's for 3 future map packs, free for you when they come out, not an instant 9 extra maps when you get the game. They also are not exclusive, everyone else will just have to purchase them.
What did you think I said? I never said they would be instant. Nor did I say it would be exclusive. Just stating that you would be spending that much down the road for the mappacks so you would be better off just getting the limited edition. It seems to be the logical choice. But if you just wanted to sound smart then alright haha.
Did you miss the quote at the top of my post, the one I was responding to? I didn't make it up, it's from the topic post, nothing to do with you at all. If you just want to feel everyone's always talking to you, then alright (That's a joke btw, did it give you a notification for some reason, even though you weren't being quoted? Because that would be weird.)
Figured the quote was directed at me (no name in it) due to it being directly after my post. Ya got me though. <3
You do not get the armor/weapon skins for getting the limited edition. You get those for pre ordering the game from gamestop. Depending on where you pre order, you will obtain different skins.
It's been 5 years since a main Halo game, Reach was a prequel (2 years ago) and ODST was an expansion pack to Halo 3 (3 years ago). If you want fast releases, look at all those "*insert sport title here, such as madden*,*insert year here, such as 2012*" games or CoD etc. that are on yearly copy+paste releases. /feeding troll Quoting from 343's site: "The Limited Edition includes the following bonus digital content through Xbox LIVE: unique in-game Spartan-IV armor skin, unique in-game weapon skin for the Assault Rifle, an exclusive in-game emblem, Xbox LIVE Avatar prop, and Xbox LIVE Avatar Spartan IV armor set. " It's completely separate from the pre-order bonuses.
