Basic Rules

#1.1 With the addition of the main board rules, the sole purpose of this outline is to detail specific rules and forbidden content for this section. This extends to all subsection of the parent forum.

#1.2 Violation of these rules may result in a warning and/or further punishment.

#1.3 Search before you post. This can help eliminate the possibility of duplicate questions or topics.

#1.4 Respect the opinions of others. Learn to agree to disagree, and don't put others down because they have a different viewpoint than your own.

#1.5 If you run across any post or content that violates these rules or the main board guidelines, then please report the content and do not mini-mod.

#1.6 Read this detailed outline on common Graphics Terms and CnC.

#1.7 These rules are subject to change. Members will be notified of such changes.
Forbidden Content

#2.1 Content that is prohibited from discussion include, but not limited to:

a. Warez (i.e. Cracked software, Links do pirated software, etc...), and discussion on pirated software is prohibited (whether public or through private messaging).

b. Copyrighted material. If posted material that is not your work, make sure you've read the terms from the original artists if such copyright mask exist.

c. As of now, there will be no contracting of any kind in this section. If you are found making or accepting contracts there will be heavy penalties and repercussions.

What is contracting?
It is when you tell whoever that you have X amount of money/services and will pay them if they make said work for you.​

Sub-Section Guidelines

#3.1 These are the guidelines for the following Sub-Sections of this parent forum. All sub-section follow the basic rules outlined above, as well as the main board rules:

Graphics Tutorials

a. Graphic tutorials posted must use complete and legible English grammar.

b. All topics must be written by the original poster. Topics taken from other sites, or forums, must have citation, along with permission or consent from the original tutorial creator to be posted elsewhere. Any tutorials that are reported to be copyright, or posted without consent from the original poster will be removed without warning. Punishment may follow.

c. Search to avoid duplicate tutorials. At times, a section overview may take places to weed out possible duplicate tutorials, or tutorials not see fit as understandable, legible, or any other matter that a staff member may see.

If you feel like your tutorial was wrongly removed, contact a staff member personally (through the Talk To Staff section).

d. Tutorials must be easy to understand, through use of Pictures and Text. Videos may only be added along with proper text and picture layouts, avoid the use of video-only tutorials. Such topics are subject to removal without warning.
Graphics Showoff

a. This section deals with showing off any Artwork at the members will. Please note, that artwork posted here may be subject to constructive criticism. To end users, please note about giving such criticism:

Constructive Criticism
criticism or advice that is useful and intended to help or improve something, often with an offer of possible solutions

Be it so, any use of derogatory, vulgar, or personal insults will result in a warning, post removal, and possible further punishment. Any criticism is for the benefit of the original artist. If you can not find it in you to post helpful suggestions, do not respond to the thread.


Members who are receiving feedback are encouraged to ignore any feedback that may be deemed harmful, rather than helpful. Do not quote, or respond to the insulting member. Instead, report the post, and leave it alone, and a staff member will deal with the culprit. Any posts that do not add to the topic, or benefit the member(s) in any way may also be subject to removal, and possible further punishment.

b. Posting of copyrighted material, or the use of false claims of any member or outside artists creation is prohibited. Any caught making false claims on said artwork will be subject to punishment.

c. By posting in graphics showoff asking for feedback/criticism, you accept that all members have a right to state their opinion. If you would like certain people's opinion only, please contact them via PM.

d. The Graphics Showoff section is meant for work made by you only. All work that you have not created must be posted in the main graphics section and credit to the original creator must be given.

People who are suspicious, or certain of such acts taken place must contact a staff member with the original content. The staff will take immediate action.

Graphics Request & Pickup

a. As of now, there will be no contracting of any kind in this section. If you are found making or accepting contracts there will be heavy penalties and repercussions.

What is contracting?
It is when you tell whoever that you have X amount of money/services and will pay them if they make said work for you.

b. When making a request, be sure to state thoroughly what type of graphic you want, and how you would like to see the graphic executed. Follow this rough outline when stating a request:

What you want(Signature, Avatar etc):

Text Style/Font:
Render URL:
Extra Information (Such as if you want a specific Graphics Style or Border Style or anything else that may be important):

For those of you, that don't know how to get a render read this: (going to that site, will also inform you on what a render is if you don't already know.)

c. Threads posted in the Graphics Request & Pickup section can only be bumped once every 48 hours. Any excessive bumping can result in post removal, complete thread removal, and possible warning and further punishment.

d. Requests Allowed or Forbidden:
  • You are FORBIDDEN to request NSFW Graphics.
  • You are FORBIDDEN to request or offer paid services.
  • You are ALLOWED to request logos or designs for your website.
  • You are ALLOWED to request YouTube banners etc
  • You are ALLOWED to request Facebook banners etc
  • You are ALLOWED to request whatever Shop/Store banners etc
e. All requests are to be made on Se7ensins. This means that asking for someone to message you on Skype isn't aloud. There is a perfectly good PM system in place and you can use that.

f. If you feel that you love their work and would like to donate money to them, ask them after they have made your banner/logo.

You DO NOT have to give them money. Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube requests are still allowed.

g. It is also against the rules to link your website/advertising in order to gain graphics for said website (this includes YouTube channels) and to ask people to join your graphics clan/website

h. Any posts that are off-topic in request threads will be removed and subject to further punishment. Only post in request threads / shops if you are making a request & don't complete other services requests.

Posts that are classed as off topic include but are not limited too:
  • One-liner responses ("+1","lol", use of emotion)
  • Advertising other services or activities.
  • Referral links from any website or forum.
  • Use of meme phrases such as: cool story bro, lolwut?, etc...

i. Request shops are accepted. However, each member is only subject to ONE request thread / shop. Multiple shops, or request threads made by one member, may be subject to topic removal and further punishment.

Make sure you detail requirements if you wish to include any in your topic description.

When making signature shops, they must include creation from the member running the shop. Such shops that are prohibited, but not limited to:
  • "Text-only" signature shops
  • Shops that only include the input of stock renders, with no alteration done to them.
  • Text applied to a stock background
  • Signature Generators (these are permitted only in the Graphics Resource forum)
  • Copying of Learning Rights Only (LRO) .psd layers
j. Members who run the request shop reserve the right to turn down requests if they see a reason for doing so. If you feel like you've been wrongly reject, contact the member privately or a staff member. Do not start arguments in the members request threads on such bases.

k. If a member fulfills ones request, they are allowed to simply tag the user in your post containing his request:

Post: "Pickup for /*member username tagged*/"

l. Any shops that break the rules, do not meet basic requirements, or shop owner is subject to disobeying the main board rules may be closed temporarily or permanently.

m. When creating userstyles, you must post credit to the source code makers, Krafty and Autonamus.

Graphics Resources Rules.

a. Only FREE resources are allowed to be posted.

b. Make sure the resources posted are allowed to be post outside its home site.

c. In any thread that you make where you post other people's work, you MUST give credit to the original creator. Failure to do so will result in the thread being locked until you can provide a link. If you do not provide a link within 48 hours of your thread being locked, then your thread will be deleted.
Do not post resources that already exist. If you are unsure, then use the search bar to see if a thread has been created already with the resources in it. Posting something that already exists will result in the thread being deleted.

d. Hosts must be direct downloads. Links that are prohibited include, but are not limited to:
  • Links containing advertisements or surveys
  • Links to other sites, or websites
  • Links to pirated software
  • Links to copyright material
e. Pirated software, as mentioned before, is strictly prohibited. Such topics will result in punishment.

f. Stock images and/or renders must be suitable for the general audience (14+). Any resource material containing, but not limited to:
  • Nudity
  • Pornographic material
  • Explicit content
  • Graphic nature
Will be removed immediately follow punishment. If you are unsure, check the package before posted or uploading.

g. If you wish to host material that is otherwise hosted on forbidden hosts listed in rule #3.1-b or Graphic Resources, you may reupload to a given free host granted original owner has given permission to do so. Some free hosts include:
  • MEGA
  • Dropbox
  • MediaFire
h. Linking to a video and asking for people to subscribe is forbidden. Doing so will result in the video being removed and the thread locked until you provide a download link.

Violation of said rules will result in the removal of your content and offenders will be subject to infraction.
