Alright, I just wanna start off by saying that I don't own the game, yet, but there is a way of streaming the custom chants from your PC, to your Xbox 360. Thus, you'd avoid having to burn audio cds and go through the tiresome process of renaming everything on the 360. Now to do this, hopefully you are familiar with streaming media from your PC to your 360. If you have already streamed media like video files from your PC to the 360 then this should be very simple for you to follow along, if not then I hope my instructions are easy to follow. Before you start, make sure your 360 and your PC are connected on the same network. If you have a router and both your 360 and your PC are connected to this same router, then you're good to go. You might run into some trouble with your router's firewall. If you do, you're all smart tech-savvy individuals and know how to use Google. Just have to figure out on your router how to open up the NAT for your 360. 1) You can Download the Audio here: http://www.4shared.com/dir/u5SQpiCd/sharing.html 2) After you've finished downloading the files, put them all under a single folder, for example "FIFA Custom Audio". 3) Open up Windows Media Player, I'm using the latest version of Media Player I believe. At the left pane, under Library, right click on "Music" then click on Manage Music Library. 4) A new window should pop up, at the right click on "Add...". Then, navigate to your "FIFA Custom Audio" folder, or whatever you named it, and then click on "Include Folder". Click OK and give it a few seconds to add all the files into the Library. IF THE FILES DON'T ADD, GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST AND TAKE A LOOK AT EDIT1. 5) Now back to the Library pane on the left, click on "Playlists". At the right, you should have some sort of link that says "There are no playlists in this library. Click here to create a playlist." Click here. At the left, a small input bar will come up and in it, name the playlist, for example "Arsenal Chants". 6) Now click on the Music tab on the very left, navigate to the Arsenal Chants that should have been added there from the earlier step. Select all the Arsenal chants then drag them into the "Arsenal Chants" playlist you created earlier. Now, you should see all the Arsenal chant mp3 files listed in this playlist. 7) Now you can continue doing this for the rest of the chants, music, entrance music, goal music and whatnot but I recommend you do a test first so you don't waste your time if it doesn't work. What you'll have to do is the following. At the top somewhere it should say "Stream" with a little downward arrow next to it. Click on the downward arrow, then, by clicking on it, put a checkmark beside "Automatically allow devices to play my media". Now, turn on your 360 and in the dashboard navigate to "My Xbox---> Music Library" and press A. A new screen will pop up and you should see your computer listed on the left. Give it a few seconds for it to come up. Once it comes up, select it by pressing A and you should see all of your mp3 files from the "FIFA Custom Audio" folder that you added to your Library in Windows Media Player. If your PC does not come up, search on Google for instructions to stream media from your PC to your 360. They might be more thorough and clear than what I have so far. 8 ) Anyways, if you're at this step with no problems then I think the rest of the way should be easy. Again, carrying on with the test, start up FIFA 11, navigate to the Custom Audio menu or whatever it's called, then navigate to Arsenal and select chants. A playlist titled "Arsenal Chants" should pop up. This is the Arsenal Chants playlist you created on Windows Media player. Select it and you will now be streaming the Arsenal Chants from your PC to your 360 while you play. Test it out in game if you'd like to. 9) After testing, turn off your 360, go back into Windows Media Player and create more playlists like "Barcelona Chants", "Chelsea Entrance Music" and whatnot until all the audio you want has been organized into proper playlists. 10) Turn on your 360 again, go into FIFA 11 and set up all the playlists for the chants, music etc. If you didn't turn your 360 off after testing, the new playlists won't show up. You must turn it off and on again for it to update the new playlists from Windows Media Player. Now, the only drawback to this method is that if you want to hear your custom audio you will have to have your PC turned on while you play. If you're like me and your PC is on most of the day anyways, it's no big deal but for those of you who don't, make sure your PC is on and logged in so the 360 can access it to stream the audio files. I hope this works out for you guys like it did for my friend. If you're having trouble finding your PC from the 360's Music Library menu, I suggest you look on Google for instructions on how to stream media from PC to 360. That should get you back on to the right track. If not, I'm not sure what else you can do but burn audio CDs and do it the long and tedious way of having to rip the files to your 360's hard drive. I'm busy with exams for about a week but I'll try to check up on this thread as often as I can to see if it is working for you guys. Hopefully it does. It worked for my friend so it should work for you as well. Edit: If you do see your PC under the 360's music library, but can't see any MP3 files then do this. Turn on your 360 and PC at the same time. Go into Windows Media Player, click on Stream-->More streaming options... From here, you should see your Xbox 360. If you do, put your mouse over it, then at the right, click on "Customize". Make sure there is a checkmark next to "Make all of the media in my library available to this device. Also, where it says "Choose star ratings" and "Choose parental ratings", make sure the bubble for "All ratings" is filled in for the both of them, then click OK. Turn off your 360, turn it on again, go back to the Music Library and now you should see your MP3 files. IF YOU CANT HEAR THE MUSIC INGAME, GO AND DOWNLOAD AUDACITY AND INCREASE THE VOLUME OF THE SONG/CHANT etc.
This is good, but with past experiences using ncaa 11 custom chants (or what ever its called) and streaming with my laptop, I find it that it takes a while for it to play the songs after I would score a TD or get a First Down. Nice tut tho. Btw.. Found the same thing here.. http://forum.ea.com/uk/posts/list/12471.page
