I don't understand how the needed a server for the Midnight Club on The Saboteur. It's just an addition to to single player game, The Saboteur has no multiplayer whatsoever. You got the Midnight Club add-on if you bought the game brand new.
Nothing new in EA doing this. This is actually quite a small list for them. Burnout Revenge, what a shame.
I dont blame them for shutting down servers on older games. It's insane to think EA should have to keep the servers on all games running forever. But there are a number of 2010, and even a 2011 game on that list. Games should have to be a minimum of 4 years old before their servers can be shut down.
how the **** can they lock down things peeps have paid for? i don't get it realy, or is it old games when we never had to pay for online
It's actually not all that surprising. What is surprising to me is that EA never did it sooner. Besides, the games you listed suck anyways.
Obviously EA doesn't care about the older games, but then the 4 people that do play these games will come with bricks.
it affects noone, it highly doubt anyone plays them and for the people saying what about people who paid for it im 99.9% sure thay have their money back from 2 years ago also how is it a disgrace they probably saw if they closed down them games it would least effect EA as in maybe 10 people max play that game so they decided to end it
I still play Burnout Revenge. Way better than Paradise. I'm going to go cry softly in my corner while EA ruins my favorite car game.
