I want to see a more polished version of Mad Moxxi's Underdome. Nevertheless, I know the team at Gearbox will deliver stellar DLC content for this game.
Makes sense, it's already gone gold and been submitted for cert. Not much they can do other than work on post-release quality/content.
My favorite DLC was the secret armory of general knoxx, It gave us more vehicles to have fun with which couldn't of been any better, I wasn't keen on mad moxxi's underdome as it took so long to complete and it got boring very quickly but the other DLC was pretty good, Saying that, Anything with borderlands in it is great to me. Since the second one is already completed, I wonder when there going to ship the game. Let's hope it happens within this month or August, Hopefully then someone will leak it for us.
I remember when games were made to be complete. Now they give you a general story and think of ways to make more money instead of including all of their ideas into one bad *** game. ;_; oh well. Im still going to buy it and I know that is why they do it. Because they know it will sell anyways. Bleh im depressed now. *Coke* HAAAAAPPY!
makes sense not alot gearbox can do while the game is being certified and readied for shipping etc and at least they have given a reason for why they are making dlc before the game goes on shelves unlike some companies where its on disk and they just like to charge for it at a later date just to make some extra money
Can I ask everyone this. What would you all be saying if this was an EA game or Activision game? ...biased people
since the game is awesome and was well made.. how is it biased? you know as well as I do that EA and Act are money whores.. you think all the money on sales went to the game.. looks like most of it went into advertising.. haven't you noticed the flood of commercials and all the actors they are hiring now.. I would rather a company spend money on the game.. Act made so much money on COD that we still don't have dedicated servers.. they're to busy pushing out content instead of fixing the game.. spawns are garbage, lag is worse, guns need tweaking and the list goes on.. I only knock on a company for the quality of their work..Take Gran Turismo and Red Dead Redemption.. they are both great games and they listen to what the public wants and when there is something wrong with the game they wiill try to fix it asap and not try to overshadow it with new content drop.. oh and did i mention that Red Dead is something like Elite but it was free.. think it was called a News Letter.. they had new Challenge, Leaderboard etc.. One more thing.. remember combat records on Black Ops.. it all went on Elite.. so now your forced to go onto Elite just to check all the stuff that could have been in the game.. Video playback is a joke.. you can't even watch the other players in first person.. But whatever.. I'm Bias after all..
I loved the the Borderlands DLC. Which was second to the best in my opinion, being the Fallout 3 DLC.
Why do you ask this?EA or Activision didn't make this so why should I say anything about them.Gearbox actually listens to their fans unlike Activision or EA.Borderlands is one of my favorite games and 2 should be even better.Would you rather them not do DLC ? The DLC probably won't even be out until a month or 2 later anyway.So why are you complaining?
That is a good strategy to make a DLC before the game even comes out. Then you don't have to rush to make one latter.
I don't really understand why people are freaking about this. The game's been shipped off already. They've got almost 2 months to do nothing. So why not make DLC?
They already finished the game... And they don't make a game every year, it's been 3 years since the 1st borderlands, I think they have enough time to make a DLC... A new CoD every year is nothing like a new borderlands every 3, and borderlands DLC is giant, not 3 ****** maps...
