EA just want the money.. But even tho i dont play xbox as much as before im still going to buy the premium even tho i find it a rip off
Ugh, I'm beginning to hate EA more and more, day by day. I dislike this constant attempt to earn money without actually giving people real and proper content. I love the Battlefield franchise but I hate the publisher. I won't be buying these "premium" benefits. Nice article nevertheless.
Although this is a pure EA Idea, I will be getting it. DICE are one of the best community based group you will find. No poxy ''hot fixes'' with BF. Instead you get 2gb updates of actual fixes. Sure BF has it's mishaps and problems, but at least they get fixed, unlike CoD where instead of fixing things, they hot fix them which creates more prolems and then they shovel DLC at you.
Based on the list and video I'd have to call this sketchy at best. I'm not saying it isn't real, but things like this should be held onto long enough to get confirmation from EA/DICE. If this is legitimate, whoever made the "Premium" logo should be fired. Edit: Didn't realize this was on BF3's main menu, I haven't played that game in a long time. Logo's still **** though.
As far as the server queue priority goes, it is stupid that it's included with Battlefield Premium, but it's not that big of a deal. People come and go from servers all the time; the longest I've ever been in a queue is maybe two minutes. Anyway, I will be buying it. The small amount of things that they are adding will keep me entertained until CQ releases (which may be today if you buy Premium). I'm getting all the future DLC anyway... so why not.
Let's hope it work's the same as a season pass so the content may work with my dlc service, It would help many people out who couldn't afford this dlc.
anyone know why they still have LE? We spent extra money trying to get extra content then they bring out a new way to limit what we get
You know, saying "As much as this sucks, I"ll be buying it." Does not make it suddenly not suck. It's people like that that are the reason why they can do that. Why they are destroying the game industry.
People who are saying its just for money, go back to school and go learn some more math. You get 3 (three) Map Packs for free and 2 Weeks early access, normally Map Packs cost 1600 MSP ($20). So 3*20 = $60 DING DING DING do a little math, you just saved $10 from buying premium and you get some extra stuff.
The only reason this is profitable for them is that they know that most likely people will not be buying the last 2 map packs because of other games coming out. Plus if you pay the 50$ now they get the money and don't give a damn if you play the game at all because you've already paid for it. They earn more money by doing this.
